Two Mixing Proposals For Ozone and Water

First:    Mixing ozone and water by tube mixer

·Mixing principle : As the high-pressure flow through the tube mixer inhale ozone gas to reach full mixing .

·Advantages : High mixing efficiency , low expenditure , less land location .

·Disadvantages : Need water pump to increase pressure , water may flow back into ozone generator from ozone inlet .

  Note : Adding an one-way valve or a buffer tank can prevent water flowing back .

Second:    Mixing ozone and water by mixing tower 

·Mixing principle : ozone gas through the gas distributing device turns into small bubbles , these small bubbles rising and 

dissolving to reach full mixing .

·Advantages : No back water , safe , stable , reliable , no need water pump .

·Disadvantages : High expenditure .
